Twin Lakes Boat Rental (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers SMS/text messaging communications to users who opt in through our website at twinlakesboatrental.com or our booking forms. These SMS Terms & Conditions explain how our text messaging program works, including consent, message types, frequency, opt-out instructions, and support, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and applicable carrier requirements.

SMS and Mobile Communication Compliance (Critical Carrier Standard)

Twin Lakes Boat Rental fully complies with the CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook and A2P 10DLC network requirements.

  • Consent & Opt-In: Mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging purposes are obtained through explicit, active opt-in confirmation checkboxes on our web forms.
  • Opt-Out: Users may terminate mobile communications at any time by replying strictly with STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. Upon receipt, an automated text will confirm the opt-out, and we will cease messaging.
  • Support: For customer support, users can text HELP directly to our line.

Absolute Restriction on Data Sharing and Sale (No Third-Party Distribution)

  • SMS/Mobile Opt-In Exclusions: Under no circumstances will mobile telephone numbers, user opt-in consent records, or associated customer contact data collected for SMS purposes be shared, sold, leased, or rented to third-party entities, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional actions. All text marketing pipelines are executed directly and solely by Twin Lakes Boat Rental through our secured CRM network.

  • There is a parking fee of $5 per vehicle
